The Savanna model is our most popular two story floor plan.  The two-story family room that open into the large kitchen is the highlight of this home.  The use of the space over the garage not only creates an appealing street presence, but also maximizes the value by utilizing every square foot of the footprint to it’s most efficient.

The Redbud

The Redbud model offers the most efficient use of space for a two story floor plan.  The centrally located kitchen is the focal point of this home.  The laundry room is located upstairs making room for a large pantry and lockers in the mud room.  The curb appeal is very inviting and allows for different ways to customize it to make it your own.

The Magnolia

The Magnolia model is our most popular rambler floor plan.  The large open floor plan with vaulted ceiling throughout most of the living space is one of the main reasons so many of our clients have chosen this plan.  If built on a walkout lot the basement plan offers 2 more bedrooms, a large rec room, and lots of storage.
